These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between the entity operating the 21bd platform ("Platform") and all individuals who use this platform ("Users" or "Members").

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Any winnings made using bonus funds must have the wagering requirement fulfilled before withdrawal.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

21bd's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.4% at Silver, up to 0.6% at Gold, and up to 0.8% at Platinum. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Using risk-free betting strategies (such as hedging or operating multiple accounts) to gain bonus advantages may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

6.1 Betting Rules

All bets placed at 21bd are considered final. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled; however, 21bd reserves the right to void or amend a bet in the event of a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of all sports bets will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sports authority. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount may be refunded or recalculated. Odds may change at any time — the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will apply.
